User Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions and acceptable user policy of WebatHost web hosting service carefully.

All Customers of WebatHost’s basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between WebatHost and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of WebatHost and the User.

All users are required to comply with applicable law and have certain obligations with respect to their use of WebatHost Services. For example, you are required to keep your credentials safe, keep a backup of your data regularly, promptly remove any malware from your account, and cooperate with WebatHost and utilize hardware and software that is compatible with the Services.

Use of the service

You are responsible for all content located on your hosting service, even if you provide access to your hosting service to one or more third parties. You may not use your hosting service to send unsolicited email (spam). If your web site makes software downloads available, you must own or have the owner’s permission to do so. We are unable to host web sites containing:

1) Adult content.
2) Web sites spreading or containing hate material
3) Web site of Jihad Organizations or containing any material related to it.
4) Gambling and betting
5) Selling or offering to download software or tools without permission or authorization from owners.
6) Any material or activity considered to be unlawful by Government of Pakistan or USA.
7) Websites containing malware, trojans and viruses.

The decision to consider a web site within the brackets of above definition is at discretion of WebatHost and may result in immediate cancellation of your account without any refund.

Billing and Payments

WebathHost offers a variety of Services to suit everyone’s needs and at prices to suit everyone’s pockets. The fees you pay are based on the plan you choose and any add-on products you purchase. All payments are taken, in advance, for the full term of your plan.

Auto-Renewal Condition

By purchasing our Services, you agree to allow WebahtHost to renew you plan automatically on your renewal date to place your account on a recurring payment plan. The account will automatically be re-billed according to the term length of the Services you have select to ensure uninterrupted service. 

Term and Termination Policy

We offer hosting plans for a fixed period of time that you select upon purchase (e.g., 1 year, 2 year, etc.). You may terminate or cancel the Services you purchased at any time during the Term by giving WebatHost notice by phone at (+92) 346-5086057 or chat. The cancellation request is subject to verification of ownership of the account and/or domain, as determined in WebatHost’s sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation subject to the terms of the thirty (30) day money-back guarantee if applicable. After the account is canceled, all Subscriber Content will be permanently removed from the server. Please make a backup of all Subscriber Content before you contact WebatHost to cancel your account.

Term and Termination Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

If you purchase an account with a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee and cancel during the first thirty (30) days of your period, you may receive a full refund of all basic hosting fees paid by requesting to WebatHost for such refund. Money-back Guarantee Refunds only apply to basic hosting services and do not apply to domain registration fees, setup fees, or any fees for additional Services.

Domain Registration Agreement

If you wishing to register, transfer or renew a domain name must agree to the Domain Registration Agreement. By this represent that, to the best of the your knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the SLD name nor the manner in which it is directly or indirectly used infringes the legal rights of a third party and that the Domain Name is not being registered for any unlawful purpose.

You agree that we may place our contact information in the WHOIS output for any expired domain name, as the failure to renew results in the immediate cancellation or expiration of registration and loss of all rights to the domain name. You also agree that, domain name cannot be changed once it registers and if the registration or reservation of your domain name is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in the Dispute Policy in effect at the time of the dispute.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that we may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the WebatHost site including any information we collect, use and share from you. This privacy policy applies to all websites in the Endurance corporate family, our products and services. This privacy policy does not cover how our Users may use or share data that they collect using our services.

Consequences for engaging in prohibited conduct

In the event that you engage in any of the illegal activities, Abusive Language or Content as determined by WebatHost in its sole discretion to be abusive or disruptive, WebatHost may take any one or more of the following actions in response to abuse or complaints;

  • Issue warnings: written or verbal.
  • Suspend the account and access.
  • Terminate the account and access.
  • Bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.
